Search the Library
When an item gets put into the library it can become lost or very hard to find.
Need the ability to search the library and to show breadcrumbs to show the location of the searched item.

Checking out and in of reports
Have a "Feature Toggle" to allow reports to be checked in and out.
When downloading you could have a box asking if you want to check the report out. Then when uploading it would automatically check the document in for you.
If you are downloading or uploading a report that has been checked out by another user it could warn you that the report is checked out by another user. It wouldn't stop you downloading or uploading, just a warning. If you are uploading and someone else uploaded a report when you had it checked out it could warn you…

Favourite a set of selections on a report and override the cache
We have a suite of reports in an app which utilises the cached department/entity selection to drive all the reports. One of the reports provides the ability to show a list of departments rather than just one department and the selection is user defined. We would like to be able to favourite the set of selections for the report so when it refreshes it defaults to this favourite list rather than the cache. Our workaround is to open the page into a different window and save the link as a favourite in our web browser or copy it to a…

Enable Calumo to open with Apps listed
When providing a link to Calumo for users have the option of including parameters to open Calumo in the desired state. For instance, a user may have access to 3 apps... we want them to open Calumo with the App Drawer open and the 3 apps available for selection...
So potentially something like this...
https://site/calumo/?showappsdrawer=truehttps://site/calumo/?showappsdrawer=true&headerless=true&tabless=true
With further options to hide the top bar or open in full window or whatever

Column drilling in charts
Charts in Calumo views can be drillable, however, it is only possible to drill on rows. Drilling on columns is not possible. When creating a chart it would be good to have the option of choosing whether a chart is drillable on rows or columns. Some of the stacked bar charts that I produce have fiscal periods in rows, and nothing worthy of drilling on. However, the columns (stacked business areas) could be drilled into to see pillar/department/business unit information.

Make colours in drillable charts consistent across charts in the same group
The attached file has two drillable charts which have the same customers in each chart. One chart is based on dollars and the other on storage. The largest customer by dollars may not be the largest customer in storage so the customer may be green in one chart and blue in the other chart. It would be easier for a user to follow if the colour in each chart for each member was the same.

CCHARTSELECTIONS - horizontal or vertical
The CCHARTSELECTIONS formula requires a horizontal range of cells in which to reside. With dashboards that we are creating, we are using 'buttons' (created by way of a stacked bar chart) for department, employment basis, or other 'filters' to slice data - and are placing these down the left-hand side of the dashboard.
It would be great to be able to host the CCHARTSELECTIONS option in a vertical range of cells rather than needing a horizontal range. This would mean that down the left-hand side of dashboards we can have the drill/filters AND the chart selections controls, rather than having…

Publications to allow multisheet reports or selection of multiple reports
Our business area have raised a idea to allow Publications to send mulitsheet workbooks to non-calumo users. Effectively create a reporting pack to send to staff each month.
Non-calumo users won't have Calumo addon on their computers.
We don't want to send reports as an image or PDF but rather send using 'Excel as values' (i.e. no Calumo Formula). Our preference is one report with several tabs (multiple sheets) each refreshed/updated and output as values only.
The driver behind this idea is to limit sending multiple emails and just have one containing several reports.
If multisheet reports are not possible,…

Text boxes on reports - improve look and feel functionality
We are providing our users with web based reports with commentary.
The commentary functionality allows for more commentary than fits in the viewable box which detracts from the usability and look and feel.
1) The box which comes up to enter text is larger than the text that will actually display. It would be good at a minimum if they matched so you could be sure that the text you typed before the scroll bar appears was going to be visible in the box on the report
2) When the text typed in the box is greater than the size…
8 votesThe look and feel of the rich text controls are under review and should address points one and two.
Point three is not something we’re likely to be able to implement as CGETNOTE commentary is not tied to a cell, but a datapoint, so the underlying cell can be of arbitrary size. Changes made to the controls should alleviate some of the related issues, however.

Allow App Designer to specify that certain reports should open in separate new tabs
Some wider reports should always open in a new tab, so allow this to be a flag in the App designer. Particularly useful for side-by-side analysis of two reports.

CGET to allow for member sets
CGET currently only accepts single members, such as [Account].[Accounts].&[Income] . It would be an improvement if it could handle sets: { [Account].[Accounts].&[Income] , [Account].[Accounts].&[Interest], [Account].[Accounts].&[Gifts] } Sometimes Custom sets aren't possible.

Reflex to optionally exclude headers
Add a new parameter to the reflex formulas to exclude the header lines. Most of the time the default headers are inadequate and need manual fixing which is painful. Alternatively a report-wide setting could be added to CREPORTPROPERTIES to exclude headers from every reflex on the page.

Skylight Field - Unlimited characters
Currently the Skylight Field in Word is limited to 255 characters.
We us CGETNOTE to capture long comments/narrations but are unable to use Skylight Fields to bring all the information contained in the cell into Word, it just cuts off at 255 characters.
Idea: Find a way to get around the limitation.

CRANGETOJSON should be able to handle named ranges in Excel.
Currently CRANGETOJSON cannot handle named ranges in excel, it would be an improvement if it did.

CFormatter - Multiple Dataranges
It would be very handy if the cformatter formula could have multiple data ranges just like the creportsuppress does!

I'd like a screen with a grid of report usage statistics - such that I can check things such as "last accessed date" and "count of times opened" for a given user
