Publish multiple tabs
Where we have a couple of variants of a report, I try to keep them in the same workbook and have each variant as a different tab in the workbook. That way, when I make an amendment to one of the reports, I can see the other worksheet(s) in the same workbook and acts as a prompt to update the others if it is a change that should be made to all variants.
It would be great to have the option to publish multiple tabs in a workbook. Place a 'flag' or trigger on each page that should be uploaded, or select at the time of publishing. Then it wouldn't be so painful to administer reports which have slight variations (e.g. a P&L which has one comparison, a P&L that has two comparisons, etc). Keep them all together, publish both updates in one press of a button.
